Building a Motivating Culture to Maximize Performance

Instilling self-induced personal performance initiatives at the individual level is the basis for building and sustaining a motivating, challenging and fun business culture. 

Participants will learn to:

• Analyze and identify people-based and reward-based motivators.

• Develop recognition and reward processes.

• Energize multiple dimensions at work.

Facilitator:  Dr. Vickie Robinson is an Associate Professor of Educational Leadership at the University of Northern Iowa.  She has over thirty-five years in education and is published in many educational books and journals.  Vickie facilitates workshops at national and international conferences.
