Managing Multiple Priorities: Organization & Time Management

Just when you think you have attended to all the parts of a project or responsibility, you notice that deadlines for other areas are at your heels. Effective supervisors and managers need to develop skills in determining not only where they spend their time but how much time is needed in each area.

Participants will have the opportunity to:

• Learn why many people struggle with organization and time management.

• Use a prioritizing plan where important tasks are done on time.

• Identify ways to assess if you and others on your team are using time efficiently and effectively.

• Develop a strategy for handling unexpected requests and jobs that destroy the best planning.

• Learn how to handle pressure and stay focused when deadlines near.

• Discover how delegation can aid in managing time.
