Why does it seem that younger workers have different motivations and priorities than past generations of employees? It’s because they do.
Participants will:
• Examine the cultural events and life experiences of each generation to explain how their beliefs, values and way of thinking were formed.
• Identify and appreciate the differences between generations and how to leverage those differences within the team.
• Practice how to manage conflicts between coworkers when the generation gap is an obstacle.
• Practice communicating more effectively to multi-generational staff and customers.
