A cost benefit analysis can help decide if a project should be given a green, yellow or red light. Learn how to determine the priority, and the amount of time, money and resources that should be invested in the project, in relationship to the organization's strategic goals.

Tom is a certified Project Manager and Six Sigma black belt graduate. With years of project management and process improvement experience, Tom know what is needed on both sides of the table to calculate a thorough and realistic cost-benefit analysis, and convey that in layman's language.
