Surviving a Company Resizing or Restructuring

The past several months have been turbulent and unsettling as businesses and organizations have downsized their workforce or restructured their operations and infrastructure. Support is offered to the employees who are laid off or dismissed, but what about the employees who survived? What supports is provided to them? They are dealing with the loss of coworkers and friends and probably have additional responsibilities and workload. Not to mention the stress of always fearing they could be next. The class will also outline possible reinforcements that will aid the surviving employees through the tough, challenging times.
