Dr. Langan is a management instructor at the University or Northern Iowa. Also, he is President of Langan Management Group, a consulting group that specializes in organizational development and change, as well as employee motivation and development. Through his extensive research, he knows what successful businesses are doing to keep their employees satisfied and engaged.
