Management Training Consortium provides businesses with a cost-effective way to fill common employee training gaps within their organizations. Following a survey of training needs among Consortium members, the topics for our Seminars and Workshops are decided. A calendar of when each will be offered is then determined.
Smaller businesses find membership in the UNI Management Training Consortium to be an ideal, cost-effective training tool while larger businesses find that Consortium membership augments their overall strategy.
