The Iowa Venture Capital and Entrepreneur Conference is an opportunity for entrepreneurs, companies, investors, economic developers, community leaders, and entrepreneurial students to network, attend informative workshops, and learn from keynote presentations.

Free admission and free transportation provided for University of Northern Iowa students. For more information or to register for the conference, contact the UNI John Pappajohn Entrepreneurial Center at 319-273-JPEC or jpec@uni.edu, or visit our office in Suite 128 of the Business and Community Services Building. To register after September 29, 2008, you will need to call or stop by the JPEC office; we will not accept e-mail registrations after that date.

The registration fee for non-students is approximately $50. You may find a full website and an on-line registration form for non-students at the IDED website sometime in August.

AGENDA - The agenda is available on the website above or by contacting the JPEC. The conference will last from approximately 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. with registration from 8-9 a.m. In addition, a Super Venture Network of Iowa presentation will be held the evening of October 14.

DIRECTIONS - The Polk County Convention Complex is located on the corner of 5th and Grand in downtown Des Moines.
