Why Entrepreneurship? Why Now?

This Strategic Plan for Entrepreneurial Development is the product of four facilitated planning sessions tailored to the unique demographics, economic trends, service providers and entrepreneurship needs within Region III (Monona, Plymouth, and Woodbury Counties ). Planning team members consisted of a wide variety of stakeholders including entrepreneurs, economic development and chambers of commerce leadership, financial institutions, regent universities, community colleges and elected officials.
